Fruity and soft taste

Made using 100 % of the finest Muscat Bailey A grapes harvested in the Hosaka region, located northwest of the Kofu Basin .
By using fully ripe grapes, we have been able to express a rich fruitiness, resulting in a well-balanced wine with a berry aroma, gentle acidity and soft astringency.

The wines are selected from numerous barrels and blended with the aim of capturing the individuality of the fruit and the grape growers' feelings for the land and nature in the wine.
This red wine has a smooth texture and rounded tannins, with aromas of fruits such as raspberry and cherry, sweet spices such as cinnamon, and tea.
