Made primarily from estate-grown Muscat Bailey A, with the addition of Pione and Almonoir.
The fully ripened grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks using natural yeast.

No sulfites are used, and filtration is kept to a minimum, just enough to remove impurities.

Aromas of strawberry, black cherry, and pomegranate with a hint of natural sweetness from the fruit.
You can enjoy a soft acidity and straightforward fruitiness.
