Masumi Junmai Ginjo Karakuchi Ki-ippon

A junmai ginjo brewed with rice polished to 55% in-house, it offers a pleasant, subdued ginjo aroma, a light and crisp finish, and a smooth texture.
Despite being dry, it possesses a balanced flavor with a soft touch, making it enjoyable with food. It can be enjoyed chilled, or even lightly warmed.

We've made small improvements every year to our koji production and storage methods, and I believe it has improved greatly in recent years. As the flagship and pillar of Masumi's junmai series, we put a lot of effort into its brewing.
