This is a super limited-edition wine resulting from a collaboration between Far Yeast Brewing, a popular brewery in Yamanashi Prefecture, and Iwasaki Jozo, an established winery that won the highest gold prize in the Koshu category at the Japan Wine Competition.
Far Yeast Brewing is a popular brewery in Yamanashi that challenges new possibilities in craft beer, such as aging beer in wooden barrels.
This collaboration project involves aging Iwasaki Jozo's wine in the same wooden barrels that Far Yeast Brewing used to age their beer!
This is a recommended bottle for not only wine lovers but also craft beer enthusiasts.
