Last year we used "Asahi rice" but this year we have changed to "Omachi rice", which has further improved the flavor!
A colorful flavor that makes use of the unique rice flavor of Omachi rice.

Hirado, where the brewery is located, has many sunset road spots, and this Hiran Saido road is designed to resemble a sunset.
Just as the sun sets and a variety of colors weave across the road, the taste is also expressed in complexity.
