Beautiful acidity and fullness

The winery uses a variety of grapes, mainly Sauvignon Blanc, grown in its own fields in the Kano area of Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture.
It is brewed using wild yeast and without adding sugar or acid.

In order to bring out the fullness of the clean acidity, a small amount of Pinot Noir is blended in addition to the long maceration.
Enjoy the charm of GRASSHOPPER, which is different from last year.

Don't chill it too much; keep it at a temperature of around 12-14°C to bring out the aroma and flavor.

*Depending on the condition of the wine, you may notice a fizzy feeling.
