Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker, Namika Inoshita.
She used to run a wine business as a sommelier, but wanting to know more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free", "unfined", and "unfiltered", with very little or no antioxidants.
The basic principle is to make the most of the individuality of each grape, and their motto is to bring out the flavor with environmental resources such as temperature and gas, without relying on additives.
They produce natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
