This is our consistently popular No. 1 sweet potato shochu, mellow, flavorful, and crisp.
To maximize the characteristics of Kogane Sengan, the raw sake stored in a dedicated tank is aged and matured using the traditional Awamori aging method called "shitsugi-ho."
For dilution, naturally spring water from Nanatsukubo is used, which is further softened by storing it in our own wooden tanks.
With a coarse filtration process that minimizes filtration, you can fully enjoy its rich flavor.
