Surprisingly, Ohmi Shuzo has not produced a long-aged shochu!

This is the first time that Ohmi Shuzo has released a long-aged shochu that has never been released before!
We use Beniotome ( red sweet potato ) and Joy White ( white sweet potato ) , and blend shochu brewed with white and black koji respectively, and age it for over three years.

An exquisite collaboration between the wild, rich flavor of Beniotome and the light, delicate taste of Joy White.
By slowly aging it, you can enjoy a more balanced and mature sweetness and flavor.
