It is made from Anno potatoes, which are known for their rich sweetness and are familiar with baked sweet potatoes, and are based on undiluted sake that has been aged for more than 3 years.
When you put it in your mouth, the strong sweetness of Anno potatoes spreads, and after that, you can feel the strength and sharpness of “ Imo Shochu Mogura ” .
This is a limited sweet potato shochu with a mild, noble, soft and wonderful flavor that comes from aging.
