Rich fruitiness and minerality

Sauvignon Blanc from the northwest section of their own vineyard is whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then bottled using gravity flow.

Please enjoy its rich fruitiness, minerality, and refreshing herbal aroma.

RITA FARM & WINERY is a small winery run by a husband and wife, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All of their varietal wines use 100% estate-grown grapes, and to pursue terroir, they practice natural fermentation using wild yeast.
For wine transfer, only gravity is used to avoid stress, and gravity-fed fillers are used for bottling.
