Midaigawa Winery is a new winery established by Miyairi Valve, a general manufacturer of valves used in LP gas cylinders, utilizing the industrial technology it has cultivated over many years.
Utilizing its many years of industrial technology, the winery carefully brews Koshu and Marselan grapes grown in well-drained, stony soil, using its own proprietary brewing equipment.
This is a new Yamanashi wine that combines technology and nature.
