Yamada Sake Brewery, which produces this brown sugar shochu, is a small family business that produces 400 koku (1 koku, equivalent to 100 1 sho bottles ) per year, but it does most of the work by hand, sticking to old-fashioned methods, and producing shochu that attracts fans. We continue to create it every day.
This is a delicious product with a rich flavor, a slight sweetness of brown sugar, a deep richness, and a strong lingering finish.
