Yamada Sake Brewery, which makes this brown sugar shochu, is a family business with a small scale of 400 koku (1 koku, equivalent to 100 bottles of 1.8 liters ) per year, but most of it is done by hand, sticking to the old-fashioned way of making shochu that attracts fans. We continue to build daily.
It is a gem with a rich flavor and a slight sweetness of brown sugar, a deep richness and a strong aftertaste.
