Yamada Shuzo, the brewery that produces this brown sugar shochu, is a small family-run business that produces around 400 koku (1 koku is equivalent to 100 1.8 liter bottles ) per year . However, most of the work is done by hand, and they stick to traditional brewing methods, continuing to produce shochu that captivates their fans every day.
 This is a delicious masterpiece with a rich flavor, a hint of the sweetness of brown sugar, and a deep, rich flavor with a strong, lingering aftertaste.
