[Shuho Thanksgiving Festival Junmai Daiginjo Raw unpasteurized sake】

Reiwa 3 The popular Hideo's Thanksgiving sake is a rare treat

The luxury of being one of the first to taste the vibrant freshness of Junmai Daiginjo "Nouveau ( new sake ) ". This sake is made to celebrate the bountiful harvest of grains and sake.

Junmai Daiginjo is normally brewed in the harsh winter, but for our "Borough Harvest Thanksgiving" Junmai Daiginjo Nouveau ( new sake ) , we use freshly harvested rice as the raw material, brew it in October, and by fully utilizing the skills of our craftsmen, we are challenging ourselves to brew the finest sake in time for the release date on November 23rd .

The opening date, November 23rd , was a national holiday called Niiname-sai, which was a harvest festival until 1947 .
The Niiname-sai is a court ritual that is still performed today in which the Emperor offers the new grains of the five grains to the gods of heaven and earth and also eats them himself to give thanks for the year's harvest.

Enjoy freshly brewed Junmai Daiginjo Shinshu on a day to give thanks for the new harvest.
I believe it will be a valuable opportunity to connect the past, present, and future through sake.
