A wine that takes the best parts from our elite team of contracted farmers!

The blend consists of four types of grapes: Chardonnay, Red Millet, Delaware, and this year Steuben Blanc de Noirs, which is used in the Bianco.

The wine is made by taking the best parts of an elite team of contracted farmers from all over Yamagata.

The red millennium that characterizes cirol is of course still alive and well.

It has a scent reminiscent of rose perfume, and is beautifully balanced with the slightly rich aroma of oak.

Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine in a renovated gymnasium of a closed school in Miyagi Prefecture.

"We want to continue to make wines that express the grapes as they are," says the wine maker, who aims to create wines that are not flashy but that convey the pure, essential quality of the grapes as you taste them, rather than wines that have a strong superficial impact.He makes natural wines with no added sugar or acid, no preservatives, and no filtering.
