Fermented slowly during the cold season, with minimal oxidation through appropriate aging, resulting in a wine full of lovely berry aromas.

As this wine is fermented over a long period, even if the gas in the bottle diminishes after opening, you can still enjoy the deep flavor of the wine itself.
It's a two-stage delicious wine that offers a lively experience upon opening and the rich umami of the wine itself afterward.

This time, the in-bottle gas generation is a bit strong, so please chill it thoroughly and open it carefully to enjoy.
