[Soleil Hikmou Rouge Merlot & Syrah 2022 ]

An assemblage of rare Merlot and Syrah grown in our own vineyards, which is rare in Yamanashi.
A bright, transparent reddish purple appearance.
Enchanting aromas of campfire, cocoa, wild berries and violets.

In the mouth, the berry fruitiness accompanied by soft astringency and acidity gently spreads out like the petals of a red rose.
The aftertaste has a pleasant hint of roasted mocha.

Enjoy it with stews such as lamb, pork or beans, charcoal-grilled local chicken, tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables or stone oven pizza.
