A rare blend of Merlot and Syrah grown in the winery's own vineyards, which is unusual for Yamanashi.
A transparent, bright reddish-purple appearance.
Enticing aromas of bonfire, cacao, wild small berries, and violets.

On the palate, berry fruit flavors, accompanied by soft tannins and acidity, gently unfold like the petals of a red rose.
The aftertaste reveals pleasant nuances of roasted mocha.

Enjoy with lamb or pork stews, bean dishes, charcoal-grilled free-range chicken, tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables, stone oven pizza, and more.
