This year's blend consists of 11 varieties.
A lightly sparkling wine made from a field blend of 11 grape varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Almo Noir from our own vineyard in Makioka, Yamanashi City.
To express the layered complexity of wine-specific grape varieties, it is fermented with the grape stems.
It offers a fragrant aroma, soft sweetness, and a hint of cacao in the finish.
Despite its body, the适度 sparkle makes it very easy to drink.
You may choose to let the sediment settle before drinking.
It is delicious enough to drink now, but it would also be interesting to age it in the bottle for about two years!
