A limited edition spin-off version of Yachiyoden Shuzo's popular Moon series!

All of the Silk Sweet we use is grown in-house.
We mature the molasses for over a month under certain conditions (converting starch into sugar using the potato's own enzymes) to make the sweet, honey-rich Silk Sweet before brewing.

Fruity, cherry and refreshing impression.
