The storehouse, which had been closed for 30 years, was relocated to its current location and rebuilt. Kentaro Yagi, the fourth generation owner, improved the base of the storehouse in agriculture, and was certified as an agricultural corporation in 2018 .
High-quality potatoes are grown entirely in-house. We are also working on cultivating rice for koji, aiming for an old maine where brewers themselves do everything from cultivating raw materials to brewing.
