The brewery, which had been closed for 30 years, was relocated and revived by Kentaro Yagi, the 4th generation owner. He improved the brewery's agricultural foundation, and in2018, it was certified as an agricultural corporation.
They completely self-cultivate high-quality sweet potatoes and also cultivate rice for koji. The brewers aim to be an old-style domaine, handling everything from raw material cultivation to brewing themselves.
