This is a high-quality plum wine from Hokuriku, where everything from growing plums to pickling and bottling is done in Hokuriku's favorable environment, and it is aged for about two years until the flavor is balanced and delicious.

・About Koeibai
It is a high-quality variety produced specifically in Hokuriku, and is called Benisashi-ume due to the red color that appears on the surface of the ripened fruit. Because it has a higher amino acid content than general high-quality varieties such as Nanko-ume, it is rich in flavor and mellowness, and is also preferred as a raw material for high-quality pickled plums.
Plums are difficult to cultivate, as they only bear fruit on the same part of the branch once every three years, and the yield is lower than that of common varieties, making them extremely rare.
