We use 100 % carefully selected Koshu grapes from Katsunuma Town , ferment slowly at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, then blend with barrel-fermented wine and bottle.
It has a distinctive citrus aroma like yuzu and mandarin orange, and a subtle oak aroma.
It has a good balance of firm fruitiness and acidity, and the pleasant aroma lingers for a long time.
