A blend of three types of white koji raw sake brewed using sweet potatoes and water from various regions of Kagoshima Prefecture.
Finally, a small amount of black koji raw sake is blended in and further aged to create a unique flavor.

It has a strong potato aroma and a gentle taste without any unpleasant aftertaste.
When you put it in your mouth, a rich flavor spreads with a subtle sweetness.
