This is a rare imo shochu, produced in very small quantities, made from the genshu (undiluted sake) of the regular brand from the same brewery, "Satsuma Kokubu", aged for over 2 years.
It is a luxurious genshu with a mellow, smooth, and sweet umami taste, characteristic of aged sake.
