[Shirogane Sake Brewery's Hon Nigori]

A product filled with distilled shochu, with a rich aroma and flavor.

The "Hon Nigori Series " of sweet potato shochu has been revived in response to the requests of many shochu enthusiasts who want to drink the strong sweet potato flavored " nigori shochu" that was popular during the Meiji and Taisho eras !

During the Meiji and Taisho eras, shochu was extremely valuable, so in order to obtain more alcohol, even the low-alcohol parts at the end of the distillation process ( the end dripping parts ) were kept.
Although this suetare has a strong potato aroma, it also contains a lot of unpleasant flavors.

We want the aroma of sweet potatoes, but we don't need any unpleasant aftertaste. So we thought, "We can use sweet potatoes that have been thoroughly polished..." and this particular manufacturing method has produced a cloudy shochu with little unpleasant aftertaste and a rich sweet potato aroma.

Please note that the floating particles are part of the flavor components, so shaking well to dissolve them will make the drink even more delicious.
