A natural wine from Grape Republic with a pleasant yeasty aftertaste.

Made using 100% organic grapes from our own farm.
The grapes are grown organically without the use of any pesticides other than Bordeaux mixture, fertiliser or compost, and are carefully selected at harvest, with all stems removed by hand.

Fermented with the skins in an amphora for 11-13 days, then pressed. Returned to the amphora for 8 months of aging before bottling. Fermented with wild yeast. Unfined, unfiltered, no antioxidants added.

It has a gorgeous fruity aroma reminiscent of jasmine and fresh orange, and the taste has fresh citrus fruits such as Hassaku oranges, and a refreshing, pleasant tannin taste reminiscent of cold-brewed green tea.
It also has a yeasty aftertaste. This is a representative wine that represents the best of Grape Republic.
