To add depth to the yellow koji brewed shochu, we blend in some black koji shochu.

The delicate and elegant aroma of yellow koji is perfectly matched with the robust sweetness of the potato.
It has a well-balanced, mellow taste, and is a rich, crisp sake.

・Origin of the sake name
The name "Chiyoyoshi" comes from "Chiyo ni Yachiyo ni" (a thousand years and eight thousand years), and "Yoshi" comes from Yagi Eikichi, the first head brewer at the time the brewery was founded, and Masami Yoke, the master brewer.
