Potted potato shochu with a mellow aroma and richness
We pursue a richness and sharpness by blending unprocessed sake made with black and white malt using the traditional kametsu pot method.
This sweet potato shochu has a slight sweetness of sweet potatoes and is soft to the touch and easy to drink.
If anything, it's a slightly dry sake with an old-fashioned flavor that's perfect for a meal, so you won't get tired of drinking it.

Our treasure is the precious Japanese-made turtle jar that we have been using since our founding in 1909 .
There are 54 of them in the shop , but because they are handmade by artisans, no two are the same in terms of color, shape, and size.
Shochu is made using this precious pot.
