A special white koji has been developed.
This potato shochu is brewed using such a special new koji.
You can feel the richness and umami in the gentle sweet potato scent and soft taste, and you can enjoy the refreshing aftertaste.
It's a slightly unusual name, but it's named after the Kyogen play "Akutaro".
A kyogen play in which a drunkard and violent ``Akutaro'' changes his mind due to various events.
This shochu also has a rough flavor when it is freshly made, but it turns into a rich flavor over time due to new koji and careful production.
