A premium red wine that explores the potential of terroir

In order to fully bring out the individuality of the grapes, the wine is brewed using natural yeast without destemming using the hole punch press method, and then aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
The blackberry fruit aroma is mixed with a vanilla-like aroma from the barrel, and the wine has a rich fruitiness and mild tannins.
A fine red wine with a soft and refined taste.
