[Amanoto mellow +18 super spicy pure rice raw sake]

A special seasonal version of the popular dry sake " Amanoto Junkara " !

The standard mellow spicy is dry with a sake degree of +10 , but this limited .ver is a super dry type that goes even higher with +18 .
It is an unfiltered raw sake that has not been pasteurized or filtered, and although it has an alcohol content of 19 %, it does not feel difficult to drink.

The mellow umami of the rice and the high alcohol content give it a voluminous feel, while the aftertaste is crisp and soft, typical of Amanoto.

A popular dry sake that goes well with a wide range of dishes every year.
