Due to the intense heat, the acidity tends to be mild, and the taste is juicier than usual.
Since the sourness is mild, compared to the past few years, we have delayed the timing of fermentation to balance the sourness and sweetness, resulting in a slightly higher alcohol content.

When you put it in your mouth, you can immediately feel the juiciness of the fruit, and the aftertaste leaves a refreshing fruity aftertaste.This is an easy-drinking wine with a firm fruit feel.
