In order to give the shochu made with yellow koji even more depth, we blend black koji malt into the shochu.

The delicate and elegant aroma derived from yellow koji matches the firm sweetness of sweet potatoes.
It has a well-balanced and mellow taste, and is full-bodied and crisp.

・Origin of sake name
The name ``Chiyokichi'' comes from ``Chiyo,'' which means ``Chiyo to Yachiyo,'' and ``Kichi,'' which comes from Eikichi Yagi and Masami Yoshiyuki, the first brewers at the time of the brewery's founding.
