A vivid ginjo aroma reminiscent of fresh bananas, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the carbon dioxide unique to new sake.
The fresh, juicy taste and sweetness are combined with the Miyamanishiki-like acidity to tighten the whole, creating a very well-balanced finish.
