Made exclusively from Koshu grapes grown in the Kyohto region, in the northeastern part of the Kofu Basin.
After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in tanks using the "sur lie method" without racking.

It offers a rich aroma and a crisp, dry taste.

The Fuji Claire series is a wine series that utilizes the blessings of the magnificent Mount Fuji and the rich terroir of Yamanashi.
By maximizing the characteristics of the grapes and adding depth and flavor, we aim to create wines that pair well with Japanese cuisine.
