Tochigi's Terroir, delivered from a field cultivating the future

The "Regional" series is a wine series that expresses the individuality of grapes grown in cooperation with grape farmers in Tochigi Prefecture, including outside of Tochigi City.

For the 2025 vintage, Muscat Bailey A grapes were used, carefully cultivated and harvested by students of the Food and Environment Department in the practical training field on the premises of Tochigi Prefectural Oyama Kita Sakura High School. This bottle is filled with the aspirations of the local people and the learning of the younger generation.

When poured into a glass, it has a clear, brilliant pale cherry red color, giving a light impression reminiscent of rosé wine.
The aroma is gentle, with a spread of red fruits and華やかな nuances such as acerola, cranberry, cherry, and hibiscus. Furthermore, delicate aromas reminiscent of verbena and black tea leaves can also be felt.

The taste is light and refreshing, and while dry, it boasts a captivating juicy fruitiness. The flavors of red fruits, gentle acidity, and fine, subtle tannins are harmonized, offering a smooth and pleasant drinking experience.

This is a light, food-friendly style that sets it apart from rich red wines.
