[Grace Koshu Hishiyama Field 2021]

A dry white wine that honestly expresses the taste of the region of origin.

We use Koshu grapes harvested in the Hishiyama region, a production area that was highly valued by Mr. Kazuo Misawa, the third generation head of Chuo Winery.
After hand-harvesting each bunch with a shade cap, only grapes from specific fields are fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks.

Pale yellow with a sparkling green tinge.
You can feel the scent of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, the aroma of white acacia flowers, the aroma of spices such as coriander and cumin, and the mineral aroma reminiscent of minerals.

Smooth on the palate, citrus fruit flavors, mineral flavors, and a relaxed yet firm acidity form the backbone of the wine.
The lively acidity and smoky minerality perfectly expresses the taste of the region of origin.
