A bright reddish-purple appearance with a sense of transparency.
Enticing aromas of campfire, cacao, small wild berries, and violets.

In the mouth, the berry fruit flavor with soft astringency and acidity spreads gently like the opening of red rose petals.
The aftertaste has a pleasant nuance of roasted mocha.

Pair with stewed lamb, pork, beans, etc., charcoal-grilled free range chicken, tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables, stone oven pizza, etc.
