The name may not be familiar to you, but that's probably true.
It is a sweet potato that was created from a mutation in Kotou, and is a kind of super rare sweet potato that is cultivated only by one farmer.

You can enjoy not only the rich flavor but also the aroma reminiscent of carrots and pumpkins.
Please note that floating substances are part of the flavor components, so shaking well to dissolve them will make the drink even more delicious.
