Fermented in medium barrels for about a month.
Approximately 20% of the sake is made from Kyoho grapes and Shine Muscat grapes, and then aged in the same barrel for about 3 months.

Muscat flavor, a slightly deep gris aroma, and oak aroma.
It has a sweet honey taste in the mouth.
