Kyoeido 2022 Respectfully Manufactured Winter Release Crère

Uses Muscat Bailey A and Kyoho grapes from Katsunuma Town and Makioka Town.
Muscat Bailey A is fermented in a short period of time and Kyoho grape juice is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in large barrels.

Slightly cloudy pale maroon color.
Aromas of melon, pineapple, cherry and rose, dill, licorice, coconut and vanilla.

The mouthfeel is refreshing, with notes of dill, slightly firm tomato, and aerated coconut and vanilla.
The afterglow is an image of cut flowers combined with blue.

Enjoy it slowly in a large glass as it will add flavor to the aroma.
