A slightly sweet white wine made from Koshu grapes, based on the same concept as Kazama Koshu Dry.
It has an elegant balance of sweetness and acidity, and a fresh taste unique to new sake.

2023, blessed with little rain and good weather, has a concentrated aroma and flavor, and may be called the best vintage in the last 10 years!
