This is a slightly sweet white wine made from Koshu grapes, with the same concept as Kazama Koshu Dry.
It has an elegant, well-balanced sweetness and acidity, with the fresh taste that is unique to new sake.

The 2023 vintage was blessed with little rain and good weather, resulting in concentrated aromas and flavors, making it perhaps the best vintage in the last 10 years!
