The straight acidity characteristic of a cool climate, fresh aromas of herbs and citrus fruits, and a subtle sweetness create a light nuance.

Midaigawa Winery is a new winery established by Miyairi Valve, a comprehensive manufacturer of valves for LPG cylinders, leveraging its many years of accumulated industrial technology.
Utilizing its long-cultivated industrial technology, the winery uses its own developed brewing equipment to carefully ferment Koshu and Marselan grapes grown in well-drained, stony soil.
It is a new Yamanashi wine that merges technology and nature.
