After slow fermentation, it is aged in French oak barrels.
The flavor is dominated by red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, but also has hints of blueberries, earthy aromas, cedar from the barrels, and a hint of greenness reminiscent of tomato stems.

This red wine has savory acidity and gentle, subtle tannins that will gently accompany your meal.
