This is a masterpiece made from virgin liquor that has been aged for 12 years in sherry casks (Pedro Ximenez).
By blending three barrels with a well-balanced aroma and flavor, we have brought out a unique presence.

The noble aroma unique to sherry casks is enhanced with a smoky aroma, creating a sweet aroma reminiscent of rum raisins and dried fruit.
This is recommended not only for shochu fans, but also for whiskey lovers.

We recommend drinking it on the rocks, straight, or with strong soda.
