No added antioxidants, unfiltered, fermented with wild yeast

We use 100 % Muscat Bailey A from our own farm in Katsunuma, and ferment it with wild yeast without supplementary sugar or antioxidants, and finish it without filtration.

Strawberry, blueberry and other charming berry scents, with the passage of time, you can also enjoy a chocolate-like scent.
It is not a light rosé wine, but a rosé wine with a skeleton that you want to match with various meals.

It goes well with stews that use dashi stock, stews that use soy sauce, and dishes that use simply seasoned pork or chicken.
