Natan Winery is a very small winery operated by female winemaker Ms. Namika Inoshita.
She used to run a wine business as a sommelier, but wanting to know more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are 'additive-free,' 'unfined,' and 'unfiltered,' with minimal or no sulfites added.
Their basic principle is to leverage the individuality of each grape, and their motto is to bring out flavors by utilizing environmental resources such as temperature and gas, rather than relying on additives.
They make natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
