This is a grain malt (Scotch type) local whiskey that was all the rage from the 1970s to the 1980s.
For the sake of local whiskey fans, we have continued to stubbornly adhere to our manufacturing methods from the time we first started selling our products to the present day.

A blend of British Scotch whiskey and whiskey manufactured by Gyokusendo Sake Brewery in Gifu Prefecture, which uses clean underground water from the Yoro Mountains for its brewing water.
After that, it was stored again in oak barrels for 10 years. Furthermore, it is blended with grain whisky, aged for over 5 years, adjusted with underground water from Mt. Yoro, and bottled.

This is a local whiskey with a mellow taste that takes advantage of the quality of the brewing water.
